At Applizo, we strive to deliver the best IT and software services to our clients. Since our offerings are primarily service-based, the following policies apply:

1. Service-Based Refunds

• Payments made for completed services are non-refundable.

• Refund requests will only be considered if:

  • The service has not been initiated, or

  • A duplicate payment has been made by mistake.

2. Project Cancellations

• If a project is canceled before work begins, a full refund will be issued.

• If canceled after partial work, a proportionate deduction will apply based on the work completed.

3. Digital Products & Subscriptions

• All digital products, including website templates and automation tools, are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

4. Timeframe for Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
