4. Payments & Fees
All fees for services are to be paid as agreed in the project contract/proposal.
Payments once made are non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
All custom-developed software, websites, and digital assets remain the property of Applizo until full payment is received.
After full payment, ownership rights may be transferred as per the agreement.
Applizo retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
Applizo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services, though we make every effort to deliver high-quality solutions.
7. Termination of Services
Applizo reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Payments are overdue.
The client engages in activities that breach these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
